CHAMPAGNE JULEP
WHAT GOES IN IT:
5-7 mint leaves
1/2 Oz simple syrup
1 1/2 - 2oz Bourbon
Champagne (Preferable dry)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Muddle mint leaves in simple syrup
Add bourbon and fill glass with crushed ice.
Top with Champagne and stir
