I love all things pumpkin, so October and November are a great time of year for me, so Joel helped me turn a champagne-hard cider recipe into a fall cocktail. After having one glass served in a champagne flute we decided it was best served in a pint glass because it goes down far too easy.
Ingredients:
3-4 oz Champagne
2 oz Pumpkin Hard Cider
Dash Pumpkin Pie Spice
Dash Cinnamon
Dash ground cloves
Mix it up:
Fill a pint glass or mixer with ice and put in the spices first. Then pour in the cider and shake. Strain into your champagne flute (or pint glass if needed) and top with champagne.
